If you want the younger one, you’ll need to roll the dice and wait until the older one is married off. There should be a dialogue option to finalize the marriage between you and the love interest when you talk to the father/clan leader. Should be one of the first things you see when you talk to them.
Only recourse is to just marry her and send her off naked to fight bandits, the marry the surviving daughter when she snuffs it. I think they always offer up the eldest of whichever gender brood they have available. You have to wait until the older one is married or killed before the next is up for grabs.
