The20's are by far the better running shoe. The 4.0's on the other hand were by far the most comfortable running shoes I ever owned - at the time. But the 20's for me took that up a notch again and are even more comfortable. There's two big improvements with the 20's: the heel is much more secure and the sole is more durable.
